By what parrotfish resemble our feathered friends and where they got their name from? We tell not only about this splendid, fairy colourful fish, but also about its role in colar reefs protection, building white sandy beaches and about threats which humans create for these fish and subsequently for coral reefs. We show the culinary preferences of some nations, among others the Japanese who, unfortunately, use parrotfish for preparing famous sashimi and, as usual we leave some hope for the fish.
